Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this boutique hotel. The staff provided personalized service that really stood out during my business trip, and the rooms were spacious and clean, which added to the comfort of my stay. However, the breakfast options were a bit underwhelming, and the noise from the air conditioning units made it difficult to sleep at times. Overall, it’s a great option for both business and leisure travelers looking for reasonable rates and comfort.
This hotel offers spacious rooms and outstanding customer service, making it a great choice for business travelers. The location is convenient, close to many essential spots in the city, and the hotel has excellent facilities like a reliable internet connection and business center. However, the decor has a dated feel, which might not be appealing to everyone, and finding the place can be a challenge.
My experience at this hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and very clean, offering a lovely view of the Kingdom Tower. On the other hand, I encountered some operational issues that put a damper on my stay, though the staff did their best to resolve them. Overall, it's a charming boutique hotel with a great ambiance, but there are areas that need improvement.
My stay was quite eventful, and not in a good way. Booking a junior suite turned out to be a disaster because of a string of miscommunications from the hotel. Despite having chosen this hotel for its size and an earlier positive experience, I felt let down by the management's handling of the situation. The hotel is certainly spacious, but the service left much to be desired and didn't meet my expectations.
This hotel offers a clean and spacious room with a modern feel, and the service from the staff was outstanding, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The location is excellent, close to many restaurants and shopping options. However, the noise from the air conditioning and mini bar fridge was a bit of a downside, particularly for a restful night’s sleep.
